These Terms and Conditions were last updated on March 1, 2024. By downloading the PhotoPhrame App (the "App"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

License

Nevada Venture Associates ("We"), the publisher of this App, grants you a single, permanent license to use the App only on the device to which you have downloaded it, and only in the form in which it was downloaded. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, or attempt to reverse engineer the App or any part of it. We retain all rights to the App and all code, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property associated with it. The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties. Your sole remedy if it does not perform satisfactorily for you is to delete it from your device.

 

Restrictions

You agree to use the App in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and not to display any illegal images, photos or videos using it.

 

Updates

We may produce updated or new versions of the App, and may charge for these versions. It is your responsibility to find and download these versions on the Apple App Store, if you wish to do so.

 

Support

You may place reviews of the App on the App Store, or may communicate with us using the contact form on this web site regarding these Terms and Conditions or other matters. We may choose to respond to these e-mails but are under no obligation to do so.

 

Revisions to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of such revisions by posting them here on the PhotoPhrame web site, so you are advised to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The revised Terms and Conditions become effective upon posting, and by continuing to use the App after they have been posted, you will be deemed to have agreed with such Terms and Conditions.
